Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager - Jewelry, located in our upcoming private suite in Bangalore. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client inquiries, building and maintaining relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include responding to client messages and calls, coordinating with the sales team, handling order processing, and resolving any client issues promptly. The role also involves generating sales reports and providing insights to improve client engagement strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Client Relationship Management and Customer Service
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Proficiency in Sales and Order Processing
• Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Prior experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
