Client Relationship Manager

Role : Client Relationship Manager

Experience : 3 to 5 years of client-facing experience with a strong interest in client interaction and business development.

A. Client Relationship Management

• Maintain consistent communication with a diverse client base through various channels (email, phone, and in-person meetings) to foster strong client relationships and identify opportunities to enhance engagement.
• Support through various phases of the pitch / RFI / RFP / RFQ process, including coordinating with teams across the firm and helping with drafting, follow-ups and post-RFP debrief and feedback sessions.
• Work with wider team to help prepare partners and other client-facing teams for pitch presentations and other client presentations.
• Track in-person client interaction opportunities and plan and organize for the same to foster and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, enabling business teams to develop and sustain regular engagement.
• Track and maintain live opportunities in our CRM system. Maintain existing and potential client’s database with high accuracy level.
• Identify and implement external profile-raising opportunities.
• Maintain memberships and subscriptions database and track renewals.
