Primary Responsibilities :

• Provide a thorough consultation to assess your guests ideal image, evaluating face shape, hair texture, and at-home maintenance preferences.
• Perform individualized services to achieve the guests ideal cut or style using cutting and styling techniques and products.
• Educate your guests on achieving their look at home using the salons product lines and recommended styling techniques.
• Build relationships with guests and make pre-booking recommendations to attain guest retention.
• Continuously grow your technical skills and compensation through our level system, focusing on continuing education, guest retention, and delivery of at-home care recommendations.
