About the Role :
As an Agile Product Operations leader youll be the catalyst for effective agile product management operations across globally distributed teams building healthcare technology solutions. Youll partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership Product Managers / Owners Engineering Client Delivery PMO and Executive Leadership in the US Nepal and India. Your mission is to build a best-in-class Product Management program that achieves sustainable high performance through disciplined agility data-driven retrospection thoughtful planning and effective partnerships delivering measurable business value to stakeholders and customers.
You Will :
- Manage the product portfolio and lifecycle process by developing and maintaining a standardized and scalable operational model. This includes ensuring best practices for coordinating go-to-market activities managing dependencies across teams and tracking overall product success and adoption.
- Establish and optimize product management / development processes and tools by leading an Agile transformation standardizing workflows and managing the product tech stack (e.g. ProductBoard Jira Confluence). This role includes increasing efficiency and ensuring consistency across all product and product engineering teams.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and communication by acting as the central bridge between product management engineering and customer-facing teams like sales delivery and support. Facilitate timely information flow and alignment on critical product detail.
- Use data to drive informed decision-making by defining tracking and reporting on key product metrics (OKRs / KPIs) and operational analytics. Leverage accessible dashboards and centralize customer feedback to surface actionable insights for product and executive leadership.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile best practices by championing an Agile mindset coaching teams and removing operational impediments. The goal is to empower teams to work more effectively focus on customer needs and deliver value faster.
- Lead a team of Agile Coaches as they guide Product Managers / Owners in backlog refinement prioritization roadmap management impediment removal and technical debt elimination. Coaches will also partner with Engineering and others to achieve faster more effective and more predictable SDLC delivery.
- Promote sustainable pace ensuring teams optimize for energy not exhaustion.
- Measure and communicate improvements using velocity trends cycle time and other relevant metrics.
- Help build strong working relationships across teams in US Nepal and India ensuring time zone differences dont hinder agility or alignment.
- Shape an Agile Product Management culture and lead change management efforts to embrace best practices including engaging at the executive management performer and team level
What Were Looking For :
Typically has 10 years in software delivery including 3 years as Agile Engineering or Product leader.Deep expertise in Scrum Lean XP Agile principles and continuous improvement practices.Strong in project management skills and product development experience in agile organizations.Demonstrated metrics-driven program leadership (i.e. OKRs velocity)Familiarity with systems thinking complex adaptive systems and feedback-driven learning.Certifications such as Scrum Master Product Owner and Agile Coaching from globally reputed organizations.Excellent facilitation mentoring and cross-cultural communication skills.Ability to create psychological safety while sustaining team velocity.Experience coaching through servant leadership not authority.Bonus Points :
