Job Description :

Key Responsibilities include :

• Technical Support : End to End support for fault & incident management of cloud ACCESS, DWDM, ASON, OTN NW.
• Service Delivery & Change Management : Configurations in various SDH, PSS, NPT, BG, XDM nodes.
• Fault & Incident Management : Alarm handling & ticketing, Call flow analysis, customer complaint handling, resolution.
• Problem Management : Ticket / complaint / incident resolution, SIP, RCA, CAPA.
• Responsible for proving technical support for SDH, DWDM, ASON, OTN & PACKET network.

Ensuring NW fault and customer complaint resolution.

Skills :

Qualification : B. / B.Tech Work Experience : Over 3 to 10 years of experience.
