About the candidate – An Ideal candidate should have an engineering degree in mechanical or automation with 10+ years of experience as a project manager

Key Competencies –

• Manage the request for the Quote activity
• Manage Prototype Build phase (NPI build)
• Manage the change of BOM / Design during the Prototype Build phase
• Main communication window between the company and the Customer for the NPI matter
• Ensure the readiness for mass production when handing over to the production program management
• Ensure all necessary customer-approved items are completed on time
• Report NPI progress to Top management
• Support the Engineering Team in their daily work
• Other jobs will be assigned by the Managers
