Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Unified Communications (UC) Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to manage the administration and maintenance of our UC platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling adds, moves, and programming changes , as well as documenting and testing all configurations. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work collaboratively with an onsite team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform adds, moves, and programming changes to the UC platform.
• Document configurations, changes, and test results to ensure system reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve UC-related issues , collaborating with CISCO TAC Center when necessary.
• Work closely with the onsite team to implement and maintain communication solutions.
• Ensure best practices for UC platform administration and security.
