Key Responsibilities :

• Take ownership of the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) program including deployment, configuration, and ongoing optimization.
• Work hands-on with at least one major DLP tool (Proofpoint or Zscaler preferred) to design, implement, and enhance protection rules.
• Analyze and fine-tune DLP policies, ensuring proactive data protection without impacting business performance.
• Collaborate across IT and business teams to ensure end-to-end information security and compliance with organizational standards.
• Lead and consult on security best practices, risk mitigation, and incident-response improvements.
• Stay updated with evolving cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to continuously improve the organizations security posture.
