Key Responsibilities : Lead daily production of ice creams & desserts Innovate seasonal & signature creations Manage product costing, scheduling, procurement Train & mentor a high-performing team Ensure top-tier quality and large-scale output Build & grow the culinary team
Requirements : Expertise in European-style pastry, bakery & confections Strong leadership, communication & planning skills Multilingual : English, Hindi, Marathi preferred Prior teaching / training experience is a plus Commercial-scale production experience
