• Lead end-to-end production operations of ice creams and desserts
• Spearhead daily production planning, compliance & team management
• Develop and innovate seasonal and signature recipes
• Oversee costing, scheduling, and procurement for product lines
• Train, mentor, and scale a high-performing production team
• Ensure top-notch quality and consistency at a commercial scale
