The opportunity has become available for a Seasoned Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at The Sackville!
The Role
As Head Chef, you will be in charge of our overall kitchen operations at The Sackville Hotel.
Catering to our loyal patrons daily, the kitchen offers a well organised, quality service and the opportunity for a creative chef to drive exciting specials and seasonal menus.
Your role will involve all of the kitchen operation essentials, including the day to day management of the service, training and upskilling the brigade, back of house administration, building relationships with suppliers and designing unique seasonal specials and menus that get the taste buds going.
Your exceptional leadership skills and ability to multi task a busy operation will set you up for success and enable you to hit the ground running. Reporting to the Group Executive Chef & Venue GM, you will have exceptional mentors at your fingertips and the opportunity to collaborate, inspire and create!
