Lead Associate Operations Financial Reporting US Market

Position Summary : The new hire will be a key member of the AllianceBerstein (AB) Reporting team responsible for the preparation analysis and reconciliation of various financial reports and journal entries. This role requires advanced knowledge of financial reporting standards and a meticulous approach to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with all accounting and regulatory responsibilitiesJournal Entries : Perform a variety of complex journal entriesReconciliations : Execute and review reconciliations for various accounts ensuring all balances are Improvement : Identify and implement enhancements to streamline reporting processes and improve efficiency and data Support : Act as a key point of contact for internal and external auditors providing requested information and workpapers in a timely skillsIn-depth Accounting Knowledge : Comprehensive understanding of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).Advanced Excel : High proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced functions such as pivot tables VLOOKUP and complex formulas. Qualifications :
