Job Overview :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HR Operations Specialist to join our team in Bangalore.
This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of various HR services and processes.
You will be responsible for managing employee data, administering HR programs, providing support to employees, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Employee Lifecycle Management : Manage and maintain accurate employee data throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, including new hire documentation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- HR System Administration : Update and maintain information in HR Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Policy & Compliance : Assist in the interpretation and application of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company guidelines.
- Employee Support : Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and general HR processes, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Benefits Administration : Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and addressing employee questions.
- Payroll Support : Collaborate with the payroll team by providing necessary employee data and documentation to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Reporting : Generate various HR reports as needed, assisting with data analysis for HR metrics and insights.
- Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline HR operational processes, contributing to efficiency and an improved employee experience.
- Documentation : Maintain organized and up-to-date HR records, files, and documentation in compliance with data retention Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations or a similar HR administrative role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in using HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
