• Manage backend administration of Recruitment Operations such as creation, editing and validation of requisitions.
• Manage competitive movements and internal job posting.
• Ensuring accuracy in job postings, candidate information, and legal compliance (e.g., background checks, documentation).
• Transition of processes of off-shore locations, articulate and script standard operating procedures (SOP).
