- Effectively resolve employee queries by assuming ownership from start to finish, following through, and acting as a trusted teammate to the customer.
- Strictly follow and adhere to the established Compliance reporting requirements in India to ensure compliance activities are completed as per timelines.
- Support India based Employees on Provident Fund related queries and support and work closely with the vendor team to obtain speedy resolution for employee PF claims and procedures.
- Update and maintain employee data integrity and accuracy
- Support the validation and updating of employee data onto Workday.
- Assist the Payroll Team with on-cycle and off-cycle payroll inputs related to off-boarding, One-time payments, recoveries, etc.
- Support needs as part of the new hire orientation and pre-employment requirements including day 1 documentation and coordination with the employees and payroll.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and can work independently on assigned tasks.
- Understand how to identify an escalation and know whom to refer it to within the team.
- Proficient in utilizing available resources / knowledge / SOPs to deliver services
