Senior Lead IT Infrastructure

The IT Infrastructure & Operations Senior Lead is responsible for the strategic and tactical planning, development, evaluation, and coordination of the organization's IT infrastructure, including network services, data centers, service desk, and workplace IT operations. This role ensures the continuous delivery, performance, and security of integrated information systems across the organization and its subsidiaries in the Asia Pacific region. This role ensures the effective delivery of IT security operations, policies, and compliance requirements while overseeing critical infrastructure such as network security, data centers, directory services, and cyber protection.

• Define and execute IT infrastructure objectives in alignment with corporate and regional IT strategies to support business operations in the regional head office.
• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure processes, standards, and policies to meet organizational needs and compliance requirements.
• Plan and manage enterprise-wide IT infrastructure strategy in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
• Oversee network, data center, and cloud operations, ensuring system availability, performance, and security.
• Ensure compliance with IT security, vendor management, service desk operations, and corporate audit standards such as J-SOX.
• Evaluate, select and maintain infrastructure technologies through cost-benefit analysis and risk assessment.
• Work closely with regional IT Operations to design and deploy IT solutions, monitor technology trends, and maintain strong collaboration across global and regional stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure the security, integrity, and privacy of enterprise information assets.
• Develop and manage enterprise-wide business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure timely restoration of IT services.
• Manage annual and midterm budgets for IT infrastructure operations, including both OPEX and CAPEX planning.
• Lead and develop the IT infrastructure team, including recruiting, training, coaching, performance management, and workload assignment.
• Oversee IT implementation and planning coordination for Group Companies (GCs) within BSCAP.
• Manage vendors and service providers, including DXC (outsourced IT services), ensuring effective project delivery and SLA adherence.
• Develop, implement, and enhance security strategies, frameworks, and governance practices aligned with regional and global standards (e.g., J-SOX, COBIT).
• Oversee and manage network and firewall security, ensuring robust perimeter and internal network protection across regional sites.
• Coordinate with outsourced service providers (e.g., Singtel, AT&T, NTT, Fujitsu) to ensure high availability, performance, and compliance of network and security services.
• Direct and support cybersecurity programs, including threat detection and response, vulnerability management, endpoint protection, and incident response.
• Manage data center security, access controls, backup strategies, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Oversee Directory Services (e.g., Active Directory), ensuring secure identity and access management.
• Ensure secure and effective operation of video conferencing systems, collaborating with internal teams and vendors.
• Collaborate with regional IT Operations and Global IT to align security policies, technologies, and initiatives.
• Provide leadership in the planning and budgeting of IT security projects and ongoing support.
• Manage vendor performance and ensure successful project delivery and SLA adherence.
• Conduct enterprise-wide security assessments and implement appropriate risk mitigation measures.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external IT audits, ensuring audit readiness and timely closure of findings.
• Promote security awareness and compliance across business units.
