Responsibilities
- Must be able to Acquire & Farm / Manage Large Corporate accounts with new client acquisition, Relationship Management & Retention as major KRAs
- Should contribute sales on GTLs / KTLs
- Strict usage of CRM for recording all sales activities
- Present realistic annual sales forecasts to the management team
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products / services
- Competition Mapping & Market Intelligence - Analyse current market & identify and tackle weak areas & avenues for new sales opportunities.
- Developing high level relationships with key decision takers while concurrently establishing a web of influence at the tactical / operational levels of an organization.
- Ensure sales leads disseminated are actioned & feedback provided within specified time
- Manage credit approvals as per prescribed limits and credit lines in line with Global KPIs
- Share customer insights with all concerned staff – Corporate, Operations
- Collaborate with the marketing team on new ideas and special promos for different accounts.
- Communication – provides both verbal and written information in a timely, clear and concise manner
- Escalate to National Sales Manager in the event of any Claims and Cargo discrepancies per prescribed procedures Quality process.
- Represent Rohlig in trade shows / exhibitions at the location basis instructions from National Sales Manager
- Awareness of statutory requirements and work within the norms of the company and institutions
Skills required
Bachelor’s degree in related field or combination of education and experience.Minimum 5 years working experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics industryStrong air and ocean product knowledge.Fluent in English language, both verbal and writtenWhat you can expect
