Lead and manage corporate sales for Corporate Gifting and MFI channels across regions.
Develop strong relationships with corporates, gifting agencies, and microfinance institutions.
Drive bulk and customized sales of consumer durable products suited for gifting and rural markets.
Identify new business opportunities and channel partners in the B2B gifting and MFI space.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to create customized gifting solutions.
Negotiate and close high-value deals with favorable terms and ensure timely execution.
Manage pricing, discounts, and volume incentives in alignment with company strategy.
Track and monitor key metrics including sales volume, channel growth, and client satisfaction.
Train and mentor the corporate sales team to enhance performance and client engagement.
Stay updated with market trends, competition, and client needs to shape go-to-market strategies.

Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
10+ years of experience in B2B or institutional sales with exposure to corporate gifting and / or MFI channels.
Strong understanding of consumer durable products, gifting solutions, and microfinance ecosystems.
Proven experience in leading sales teams and managing high-volume accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to drive strategy, execution, and revenue growth across diverse customer segments.
Leadership Skills Required :
Visionary leadership with the ability to set direction and motivate cross-functional teams.
Strong interpersonal and client engagement skills, especially with senior stakeholders.
Analytical thinker with decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
