Brand Planning Lead

Position Available – Brand & Social Planning Lead (B2B & B2C)

Seeking an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented, self-starter to be a key contributor in a multi award-winning Digital Brand Services Agency. The incumbent will be a passionate digital marketeer fluent in all things digital with their eyes firmly set on the prize.

• Lead brand discovery and strategic workshops with clients
• Build brand strategy frameworks including positioning, purpose, architecture & messaging
• Conduct competitive and category research, consumer behavior studies, and cultural insights mining
• Own creative briefs and inspire creative teams with sharp insight and actionable direction
• Develop campaign strategies and comms architecture across digital & offline touch-points
• Track brand performance and deliver strategic input for optimization
• Lead always-on social media planning & content strategy across platforms (IG, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, emerging channels)
• Define channel roles, content pillars, tone, audience, and engagement journeys
• Build social calendars aligned with brand purpose, cultural moments, and growth goals
• Work with performance team to integrate paid, organic, and influencer strategies
• Oversee social listening, competitive trackers, and insights reports
• Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, content formats & creator economy shifts
• Serve as strategic lead for key accounts; present strategies, insights & frameworks
• Collaborate with creative, media, and data analytics teams to deliver holistic work
• Build strong client relationships & become a consultative partner- Research, Analyse & Ideate
• Brand and Social Media Strategy for large MNC and National brands from diverse industries (IT, Finance, Engineering, FMCG, Retail)
• Develop impactful editorial calendars, creatives and communications which meet all brand and business goals along with accurate account posting and publishing for all clients
• Create monthly reports tracking and monitoring results for clients on their accounts.
• Interface with clients, business heads, designers, writers and technical specialists to keep all projects moving in a timely and effective manner.
• Collaborate with Social Media Executives, Interns & Account Managers to ensure timely execution and optimizations of approved calendars
• Supervise Production of concepts to ensure output as per concept approvals.
• Develop and present impactful presentations for campaigns, pitches, client reviews.
• Keep abreast of latest trends in social media, technology, advertising, marketing & design.
• Be the in-house expert on all things social
