This role is designed for ambitious professionals from premier B-schools (IIMs) who can combine analytical rigor with relationship-building skills to drive enterprise sales and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets and industry segments
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through research, networking, and outbound activities
- Engage with CXOs, HR Heads, and senior decision-makers through product demos, presentations, and solution discussions
- Collaborate with internal teams to design customized solutions addressing customer needs
- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Track market trends, competition, and customer feedback to influence business strategy
- Maintain CRM hygiene by updating lead status, opportunities, and activity logs regularly
- Represent Zimyo at marketing events, webinars, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility
Qualifications :
Mandatory : MBA / PGDM from IIMs (any campus)4 to 6 years of proven experience in B2B sales / business development, preferably in HR TechStrong understanding of HR and payroll software products (preferred)Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to build long-term relationships and manage complex sales cyclesSelf-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and MS Office SuiteWhat We Offer :
