Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage a team of expert counselors assisting students for MBBS admissions abroad
Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets are achieved
Provide regular training and mentoring to the counseling team
Stay updated on latest university requirements, admission processes, and visa formalities for Kazakhstan, Russia & more
Build and maintain relationships with international university partners
Handle escalated student / parent concerns with timely resolution
Collaborate with marketing teams for student acquisition strategies
Prepare regular reports on team performance and student conversions
Who Can Apply?
Bachelor’s degree (MBA or Education specialization preferred)
3–5 years of experience in overseas education counseling / student recruitment
At least 1 year of team management or leadership experience
Prior experience in MBBS Counseling is mandatory
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
