Job descriptionManage and mentor a team of interior designers, sales representatives, and support staff. Foster a collaborative and creative work environment. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for team development Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance. Ensure high-quality standards in all interior design projects Serve as the primary point of contact for regional clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Address client concerns and feedback to enhance service delivery Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management. Analyse regional performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed
