Role Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and passionate MERN Stack Developer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for developing scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out new features that deliver on our product vision.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop responsive, high-performing, and reusable front-end components using ReactJS (with Hooks and Redux)
• Build robust, scalable, and secure backend services and APIs using NodeJS and ExpressJS, Integrate frontend and backend components seamlessly
• Work with MongoDB for database design, indexing, and optimization
• Participate in Agile ceremonies : sprint planning, daily stand-ups, grooming, and retrospectives
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the application stack
• Optimize performance, implement security protocols, and maintain data integrity
• Write and maintain unit / integration tests for high code quality
• Maintain clear documentation and contribute to continuous improvement
