Senior Associate, Learning & Development

Job Summary :

As a key member of the JLL Business Services (JBS) Learning & Development (L&D) team, this role will ensure robust employee upskilling and development through targeted learning experiences designed to meet the needs of Operations professionals. A key part of this role includes facilitating learning programs, ensuring high quality L&D data, and ensuring a consistent experience of our programs and products.

Learning and Development Specialist Core Responsibilities :

• Lead and facilitate interactive in-person
• Regularly assess, evaluate, monitor, and track the effectiveness and success of training programs.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements and content.
• Manage the administration and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure it aligns with the organization's requirements and effectively supports learning and development initiatives.
• Efficiently collect training data and ensure the accuracy of numbers recorded in training reports and files for effective data management and reporting.
• Provide regular feedback to participants and management regarding the outcomes and impact of training programs.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to employees as part of their professional development initiatives.
• Knowledge of Instructional Design
