Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited Responsibilities & Key Deliverables 1. Design and develop power electronics platforms for an electric vehicle including AC to DC (On Board Charger), Charging Box, Charging cable with earth leakage detection and DC to DC converters as per performance / quality / cost / weight targets and plants manufacturing requirement2. Establish product specifications, derive system architectures and converter topologies for various applications stated above3. Layout and packaging of electronic parts in vehicle DMU considering all aspects of functionality and manufacturability4. Perform various simulations and analysis (e.g. worst case, Monte Carlo, tolerance stack up, power dissipation, stress etc.), to support the selection of power components, system architectures and selected power conversion topologies5. Keep track of global trends in relevant technology, regulations and develop long term road maps and appropriate work plan6. Drive designs of the power components such as power switches, gate drivers, magnetics, bulk capacitors, and power filters7. Work with cross functional teams for functional safety, thermal, packaging, EMI / EMC, FMEA, Worst case analysis8. Engage with product development teams from concept to production including design proposal, design reviews, test plans, and test results review9. Ensure support to CDMM for on-time closure of DFM, VOB, TKO. 10. Have Knowledge of Communication Protocols like CAN, UDS Experience Industry Preferred Qualifications M.Tech in EEEGeneral Requirements
