About the role : The leasing consultant is responsible for managing the leasing process . It involves actively promoting available apartments, conducting property inspections, and providing potential renters with information about lease terms and highlighting the fantastic amenities. The leasing consultant will also screen applicants, assist with the application process, and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective tenants . Excellent customer service, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of the local real estate market are essential for success in this position, as consultants aim to maximize occupancy rates and enhance overall renter satisfaction.
