Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Human Resources Manager at Impeck Telecoms Opc Pvt Ltd. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and HR policies and procedures.

• Training and Development expertise
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Experience in implementing HR strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
