Job Overview
NoBroker.com is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This is a full-time position requiring 7 to 10 years of experience. As part of a rapidly growing and innovative company, you will play a crucial role in shaping our HR strategies and processes. Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy of NoBroker.Manage the recruitment process from end-to-end to attract, select, and retain high-quality and diverse talent.Oversee and manage a performance management system that drives high performance across the organization.Enhance employee engagement and foster a positive company culture that encourages open communication and continuous improvement.Ensure legal compliance throughout HR management by monitoring and implementing applicable HR practices and procedures.Partner with senior leadership to understand business needs and provide strategic HR support to achieve company goals.Lead and direct the routine functions of the HR department including hiring, training, and overseeing employee benefits programs.Analyze trends in compensation and benefits to ensure competitive market positioning, attracting and retaining top talent.
