Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant-Architect, SFDC + AP Domain Expert!

The Lead Solution Architect (Salesforce) is the senior technology leader responsible for defining and governing the end-to-end Salesforce solution strategy across the enterprise. This role combines deep Salesforce technical expertise, architectural leadership, and business acumen to design and deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready CRM solutions that enable business growth, efficiency, and innovation.

As a senior leader, you will shape the Salesforce roadmap, oversee large-scale multi-cloud implementations, ensure architectural alignment with enterprise standards, and guide cross-functional teams through complex transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

1. Enterprise Architecture Leadership

• .Define and own the Salesforce architecture vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and digital transformation goals.
• .Lead the end-to-end solution design across multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, CPQ, and Platform).
• .Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and agentic workflows into the Salesforce landscape.
• .Drive the adoption of architectural frameworks, governance standards, and best practices across global teams.
• .Ensure that all Salesforce solutions adhere to enterprise standards for security, data integrity, scalability, and performance.
