Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Leader and Client Partner who brings strong expertise in Performance Marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to manage, consult, and scale digital growth initiatives. You will own high-value client relationships, develop and present campaign strategies, and lead multi-channel execution across Paid Media, SEO, and ABM ecosystems. This role demands a sharp strategic mind, digital fluency, and hands-on experience with campaign orchestration and revenue alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Growth & Relationship Leadership
- Act as the strategic advisor for CXO-level clients across B2B and B2C sectors.
- Build client success roadmaps aligned to performance goals (Leads, Pipeline, CAC, ROI).
- Translate business objectives into targeted marketing programs using full-funnel approaches.
Performance Marketing & ABM Strategy
Own performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, , and programmatic platforms.Create ABM playbooks : ICP mapping, personalization journeys, account nurturing, and sales alignment.Build integrated demand generation plans with clear attribution and funnel metrics.Data-Driven Execution & Optimization
Collaborate with Paid Media, SEO, Creative, and Content teams to implement multi-channel strategies.Ensure campaign execution is optimized for conversions, CPL, ROAS, and MQL / SAL delivery.Leverage analytics platforms to track performance, generate insights, and guide continuous improvements.Communication & Stakeholder Orchestration
Lead regular QBRs, campaign reviews, and strategic workshops with client teams.Ensure internal teams are aligned on goals, KPIs, and delivery timelines.Proactively manage risks, address scope changes, and advocate solutions.Campaign Intelligence & Reporting
Own dashboards and reporting cadence across accounts – performance, pacing, and insights.Present strategic narratives backed by data, showcasing impact and growth opportunities.Recommend A / B tests, conversion lift studies, and channel performance optimizations.Must-Have Qualifications
7+ years in digital marketing, with proven experience in Performance Marketing and ABM.Experience managing 5–10 clients across verticals such as SaaS, IT, BFSI, Real Estate, or E-commerce.Strong knowledge of funnel metrics, CAC modeling, lead quality tracking, and CRM workflows.Ability to lead cross-functional teams across SEO, PPC, content, design, and development.Exceptional client communication and stakeholder management capabilities.Preferred Tools & Platforms
