Job Title : Associate Director - Information Management

Location : Santacruz, Required : 8-10 years in IT / Data Type : Full-Time

Educational Qualification : BTech / MSc (MTech desirable)

Role Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Information Technology professional to lead the implementation of a dynamic technology roadmap aligned with mission-driven program objectives. The ideal candidate will manage technology solutions and data systems that improve operational efficiency and impact measurement. Candidates should have strong expertise in systems integration, data management, and stakeholder alignment. Familiarity with the development sector or community-based work is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Strategic Technology Planning & Process Improvement

  • Collaborate with teams to assess workflows and identify opportunities for digital improvement.
  • Implement technology solutions aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and process improvements.
  • Document and streamline business processes to support transformation initiatives.

2. Data & Monitoring Enablement

  • Partner with the M&E team to drive data-driven insights for programs.
  • Implement and maintain systems to support data collection, reporting, and visualization.
  • 3. IT Infrastructure & Technology Deployment

  • Oversee maintenance and development of IT infrastructure across sites.
  • Evaluate and recommend hardware, software, and network improvements.
  • Track device availability and system access; escalate needs for planning.
  • Maintain documentation for IT assets, licenses, and support contracts.
  • 4. Technology Partner Management

  • Assist in identifying, onboarding, and managing vendors and tech partners.
  • Ensure adherence to project cost, time, and quality parameters.
  • 5. Change Management & Capacity Building

  • Communicate benefits of automation to ensure user engagement.
  • Build internal capacity in digital tools and workflows.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance usability and IT operations.
  • Required Skills & Competencies :

    Technical & Functional Expertise :

  • Strong foundation in data systems, infrastructure, BI tools, and security
  • Experience managing IT projects and translating organizational needs into tech solutions
  • Familiarity with business intelligence platforms and digital process automation
