Job description

Role : Sales Manager

Industry : PPE

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Manager to oversee sales operations in the NCR, North India region, and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of achieving targets.

Responsibilities :

  • Client Management : Conduct regular visits to existing clients, manage relationships, and handle payment follow-ups.
  • Business Development : Actively acquire new clients, generate new market opportunities, and promote new products.
  • Sales & Reporting : Prepare detailed quotations, give product demonstrations, and fill out order handover sheets. Regularly prepare and submit sales and visit reports.
  • Training & Support : Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure proper product usage.
  • Market Analysis : Perform market research on new products, target clients, and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Experience :
  • 3-5 years of experience in the PPE industry .
  • Knowledge :
  • In-depth knowledge of the market, target clients, and product landscape.
  • Proficiency in Excel and MIS reporting.
  • Key Attributes :
  • Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management.
  • Well-organized with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to influence others and work effectively as a team player.
  • Candidate Profile :
  • Male candidate, under 35 years of age.
  • Compensation :

  • Salary will be competitive and based on industry standards, with a focus on matching the right candidate's existing package and capabilities.
