Role : Sales Manager

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Manager to oversee sales operations in the NCR, North India region, and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of achieving targets.
Responsibilities :
- Client Management : Conduct regular visits to existing clients, manage relationships, and handle payment follow-ups.
- Business Development : Actively acquire new clients, generate new market opportunities, and promote new products.
- Sales & Reporting : Prepare detailed quotations, give product demonstrations, and fill out order handover sheets. Regularly prepare and submit sales and visit reports.
- Training & Support : Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure proper product usage.
- Market Analysis : Perform market research on new products, target clients, and competitor activities.
Qualifications & Skills :
Experience :3-5 years of experience in the PPE industry .Knowledge :In-depth knowledge of the market, target clients, and product landscape.Proficiency in Excel and MIS reporting.Key Attributes :Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management.Well-organized with strong problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to influence others and work effectively as a team player.Candidate Profile :Male candidate, under 35 years of age.Compensation :
