Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the recruitment strategy for blue-collar and operational roles across multiple locations and verticals. This position requires a skilled leader who will take full ownership of recruitment processes, from sourcing talent to onboarding, and ensure we meet the staffing needs of our fast-growing fitness network.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Talent Acquisition :
- Manage and optimize the entire recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer rollout and seamless onboarding for blue-collar and operational roles.
- High-Volume Recruitment :
- Spearhead high-volume hiring efforts across multiple gym locations, ensuring recruitment targets are met efficiently and in line with the company's growth strategy.
- Strategic Sourcing and Networking :
- Build and nurture a robust talent pipeline by leveraging job portals, local networks, field activations, vendor partnerships, and employee referrals to attract quality candidates.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration :
- Lead and mentor a recruitment team while collaborating with departmental heads and operations to align hiring strategies with business needs.
- Continuous Improvement :
- Track key recruitment metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency, candidate quality, and the overall hiring process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
4 –6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition , with at least 3 years in high-volume blue-collar hiringProven experience in leading recruitment efforts in fast-paced, service-oriented industries (fitness, hospitality, retail, staffing, etc.)Demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and driving large-scale hiring campaignsStrong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levelsExpertise in recruitment tools, databases, and ATS systemsHow to Apply
