Position : Automation Engineer

Notice Period : Immediate joiners to 0-15 days notice period

Note : This role is for candidates currently in Bangalore with 3–5 years of hands-on automation testing experience, who are available to join immediately or within 15 days , and are willing to attend face-to-face interviews in Bangalore

Role Overview

As an Automation Engineer , you will be a key contributor to ensuring the robustness, security, and performance of our software products. With a deep understanding of modern testing frameworks and methodologies , you will lead automation testing efforts within your squad. Working closely with developers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders, you will ensure high-quality software delivery .

Your expertise will be instrumental in implementing continuous testing practices , improving test coverage, and integrating automated tests into our CI / CD pipelines .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain automated test scripts to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Apply expertise in testing principles, practices, and methodologies , including BDD and continuous testing.
• Execute and manage tests using tools such as Cucumber, JMeter, Playwright, Appium, Postman .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automated tests into CI / CD pipelines , improving release efficiency.
• Conduct security, performance, accessibility, usability, and inclusion testing to identify and mitigate risks.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to support QA process improvement.
• Share knowledge and best practices to enhance the QA team’s standards and methodologies.
