About the Role :

Linnk Group is seeking a Lead Frontend Engineer (React.js) to lead our frontend engineering team in building high-performance, enterprise-grade SaaS applications. Based at our Cochin Innovation Hub, you'll own the frontend strategy, manage a team of 8–10+ engineers, and work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing React.js team
• Define frontend architecture, design systems, and coding best practices
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams for seamless delivery
• Drive adoption of modern technologies like Next.js, real-time UIs, and AI frontends
• Ensure code quality, accessibility, and performance across all products
