Market Research Associate

Position Overview : The Senior Research Associate will primarily support our CATI research projects, focusing on conducting telephone interviews, managing team and data collection processes, and ensuring high-quality research outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead CATI Projects : Oversee the design, implementation, and execution of CATI surveys, ensuring adherence to research protocols and objectives.
• Conduct CATI Surveys : Execute telephone interviews using CATI software to collect data from respondents in accordance with research protocols.
• Process Improvement : Identify and implement enhancements to CATI processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Data Management : Enter and manage data accurately in research databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with quality standards.
• Quality Assurance : Monitor and verify interview quality, addressing any issues or inconsistencies promptly.
• Team Management : Supervise and mentor junior researchers and interviewers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and development.
• Project Support : Collaborate with the research team to coordinate survey activities, track progress, and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications :

o  Proficiency in CATI software and data management tools.
