Assistant Manager
You are Responsible for
- Oversee the invoice management process including review and approval of the vendor invoices, engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders involved in the process such as vendor help desk, accounts payable team, finance team, third party intermediaries / vendors, internal L&P regional & project teams etc.
- Monitoring the invoice management process confirming to the requirements of the standard and process guidelines
- Work with the auditors (A / C team, ACFC team, internal auditors etc.) throughout the scheduled audit / peer review processes
- Monitor the license and permit parameters / metrics and report it to various stakeholders as per predefined frequency in the standard formats
- Review and approve various payment requests raised for license fee payment approvals through Global License Manager (GLM) tool
