We are seeking a skilled Estimator with hands-on experience in infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, utilities, and related civil works for our UAE operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, tender documentation, and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive and compliant bids.

Key Responsibilities

Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates.

Conduct quantity take-off from drawings and prepare BOQ.

Prepare and send tender queries and floating inquiries to suppliers and subcontractors.

Evaluate received quotations and ensure accurate pricing comparisons.

Prepare rate analysis and pricing using MS Excel or CANDY software.

Support the bid preparation and submission process.

Coordinate with the engineering and procurement teams for technical and commercial clarifications.

Maintain a database of material, labor, and subcontractor costs for reference.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering

4-6 years of estimation experience in infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities, etc.).

Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills.

Attention to detail and ability to meet tender submission deadlines.
