Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead - Inside Sales, located in Noida. The Team Lead - Inside Sales will be responsible for managing and leading the inside sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves daily interaction with potential clients, providing insights based on analytical data, and meeting sales targets. The Team Lead will also train and mentor team members to achieve their professional goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and scale a team of inside sales associates to meet or exceed ambitious KPIs and revenue targets.
- Manage and nurture long-cycle, high-ticket sales—specifically elective medical and luxury travel packages.
- Communicate Luxora’s unique “Vacation + Surgery” value proposition, emphasizing trust, personalized care, and convenience.
- Oversee the entire sales process—from initial consult to follow-up—ensuring a seamless, consultative experience.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product (CureMeAbroad team), and partnerships to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Analyze sales performance through data-driven insights; continuously refine playbooks, scripts, and objection-handling frameworks.
- Uphold Luxora’s high standards of professionalism and empathy in every customer interaction.
Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience in inside sales—ideally in industries with long buying cycles and large deal sizes (e.g., luxury travel, healthcare, real estate, B2B services).Exceptional English communication skills; clarity, persuasion, and empathy are essential.American (or Western) accent is a strong advantage for aligning with target markets.Team Management and Leadership skillsSales, Customer Service, and Communication skillsStrong Analytical SkillsProven track record of achieving sales targetsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldExcellent organizational and time management skillsExperience in the healthcare industry is a plusAbout The Company
