Job descriptionAnalyze business requirements impacting business rules and translate them into configurable system rules, while assessing overall system impact. Prepare High-Level Design documents and Data Layout Structures (DLS) based on approved requirements. Define the scope of testing, including system testing, system integration testing, and regression testing. Execute various levels of testing such as system, integration, and regression testing. Create detailed test cases covering both positive and negative scenarios based on requirement testing for Policy BRE and Non-BRE requirements, including : System journey enhancements New policy implementations Change requests Production issue fixes and debugging Any other policy-driven system changes across products Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end-to-end system testing in line with approved requirements. Write, maintain, and execute automated test scripts under guidance. Debug automation scripts and perform minor enhancements as required. Participate in automation framework setup and configuration activities. Ensure automation scripts are reusable, maintainable, and provide clear reporting. Support automation planning and execution across multiple project releases. Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of automation test suites. Identify, document, and report defects with appropriate test evidence. Maintain defect trackers, test data, and test execution reports for governance and audit purposes. Perform post-deployment sanity checks in the Production environment. Ensure testing processes adhere to internal quality standards and applicable regulatory guidelines. Review deliverables from team members and ensure consistency and quality across the team. Facilitate knowledge transfer and mentoring for other testers within the team. Track and monitor project progress; proactively communicate with Policy and Business teams to resolve issues and remove : Strong domain knowledge of Retail Lending products, including Personal Loans (PL), Business Loans (BL), Home Loans (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), Auto Loans (AL), and Credit Cards (CC). Hands-on experience in end-to-end testing of Business Rule Engine (BRE), workflows, system integrations, and customer journeys across lending platforms. Credit scores Bureau reports Raw bureau data and attributes Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA involvement across all phases. Working knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks; ability to support automation initiatives. Strong reporting and documentation skills, including preparation of test reports, defect summaries, and status dashboards. Experience in cross-platform testing, including web-based applications and integrated systems. Basic to intermediate project management skills, including task tracking, dependency management, and stakeholder coordination. Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language relevant to test automation. Strong logical thinking and analytical testing skills, with attention to detail and risk-based testing approach. Hands-on experience with Test Management Tools for test case management, execution tracking, and defect lifecycle management. Proficient in MIS preparation, including periodic reporting for management, audits, and governance needs.

The role involves close collaboration with Business stakeholders and Development teams to understand system requirements and translate them into clear user stories and test scenarios.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work closely with Business users and Developers to understand business requirements, system flows, and user stories.
- Review, validate, and provide sign-off on user stories and requirement documents.
- Understand and analyze DHW (Data Harvesting Workbook) documents; harvest business rules and contribute
to performance improvement initiatives.
Good understanding of Credit Bureaus such as TransUnion (CIBIL), Experian, Equifax, and CRIF, including interpretation of :
