Job Title : Interior designer sales and BDE
Location : Delhi NCR | Full-time | On-site
We are hiring on behalf of a leading interior architecture company for the position of Business Development Executive . This client-facing role involves generating, qualifying, and converting leads for residential and commercial interior projects , while closely collaborating with the Principal Architect and Design Team to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads through calls, networking, referrals, and social media.
Respond to client inquiries and assess project requirements (budget, location, scope).
Conduct meetings (virtual or in-person) and confidently present design services.
Coordinate with the design team to prepare proposals and quotations.
Follow up on leads to ensure timely deal closures.
Maintain accurate lead and client records.
Represent the studio professionally during client meetings and site visits.
Support marketing efforts, including participation in events and exhibitions.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales within interior design, architecture, or real estate .
Bachelor’s degree in business , Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design , or related field (preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Highly self-motivated, organized, and target oriented.
Knowledge of the Delhi NCR market and willingness to travel locally.
Proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, email, and CRM tools .
