Job Summary
The GeoSpatial Sr. Analyst MAP is responsible for leveraging Workday Revenue Management and Workday Reporting & Analytics to drive data-driven decision-making. This role requires a deep understanding of geospatial data and analytics to support business objectives. The position operates in a hybrid work model ensuring flexibility while maintaining productivity. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and contribute to the companys growth.
Responsibilities
- Analyze geospatial data to provide insights that support strategic decision-making and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate geospatial analytics into existing business processes.
- Develop and maintain Workday Revenue Management reports to track financial performance and identify trends.
- Utilize Workday Reporting & Analytics to create dashboards that visualize key performance indicators.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits and implementing quality control measures.
- Provide technical expertise in Workday Revenue Management to optimize revenue processes and improve efficiency.
- Support the implementation of new geospatial tools and technologies to enhance analytical capabilities.
- Conduct training sessions for team members to improve their understanding of geospatial data and analytics.
- Monitor industry trends and advancements in geospatial technology to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging geospatial data to drive business growth.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate analytical findings to senior management.
- Assist in the development of data governance policies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Work in a hybrid model balancing remote work with in-office collaboration to maximize productivity.
Qualifications
- Possess strong analytical skills with a focus on geospatial data interpretation and visualization.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Workday Revenue Management and Workday Reporting & Analytics.
- Have a solid understanding of data governance and quality control principles.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Show experience in developing and maintaining financial reports and dashboards.
- Display the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Hold a degree in a relevant field such as Geography Data Science or Business Analytics.
