Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Enroll and onboard new Direct Selling Agent (DSA) partners to expand the bank's lending network
  • Promote sales of Loan Against Property (LAP) and Business Loan (BL) products through DSA channels
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing DSA partners to ensure sustained business flow
  • Motivate and support DSA partners by providing necessary product knowledge, sales tools, and incentives
  • Monitor DSA partners' performance and provide guidance to boost their business generation capabilities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth loan processing and timely disbursals
  • Track and report DSA-driven sales and pipeline regularly
