Key Responsibilities

To establish a continuous improvement in Quality excellence and innovation while supporting data quality & compliance

To overseeing quality improvement events, participating in cross-functional project teams, defining and monitoring performance metrics and fostering culture.

Trending and evaluation of quality data, and identify Key Areas of Improvement

Trending and evaluation of CAPA, Process & Quality improvements

Collection of data from different sources related to manufacturing and Quality to analyze as per KPI

To Track lead and lag indicators

To design the dashboard for all Quality related KPI.

To prepare the Quality Metrics as per defined schedule.

Periodic review of Quality Systems (LIMS, LMS, SAP & Trackwise)

Overall Equipment effectiveness to be monitored for the critical quality instruments.

Value Stream Mapping of products during Analysis
