Reservation Agent
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a reservation agent.
This is a remote position requiring excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient reservation management.

Key Responsibilities :
- Process refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies in line with established policies.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy, active listening, and professionalism.
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities to enhance guest experiences.
- Identify opportunities for improving reservation processes and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Fluent spoken English mandatory.Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and reservation software.Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilities.A proactive approach to problem-solving.Benefits :
