Desktop & Network Engineer

Sr. Executive - IT BCA,

Diploma IT 3 - 5 yrs experience

1. Hardware Support : Install, configure, and repair desktops, laptops, monitors, printers

2. Software Support : Install and troubleshoot OS (Windows, macOS, Linux) and applications

3. User Support : Assist users with login issues, slow systems, file access, etc.

4. Network Support : Troubleshoot LAN / Wi-Fi issues, assign IP addresses, configure printers

5. Security : Install antivirus, configure firewalls, patch systems

6. System : Updates Install updates, service packs, and system upgrades

7. Documentation : Keep logs of issues, solutions, and asset inventories 3 - 4 lakhPA
