Your Role

As an

Accounts Payable Specialist , you will play a key role in supporting our

Corporate Finance, Tax & Accounting

teams.

In this position, you will :

Manage the authorization and recording process for incoming invoices in

CargoWise One , ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Verify documentation and data integrity to guarantee proper accounting and reconciliations.

Conduct internal checks and audits on supplier-related transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies.

Collaborate with Corporate Accounting and Finance teams to streamline processes and implement efficiency improvements.

Maintain organized and up-to-date records in line with company policies and audit standards.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a

detail-oriented, proactive professional

with :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field .

At least 1 year of experience

in a similar role within accounting or finance.

A solid understanding of

accounts payable and invoicing processes .

Proficiency in

Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

and familiarity with

CargoWise One

or ERP systems.

Strong accuracy, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.

Good command of

English , both written and spoken.

Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
