Job description

Immediate Hiring for Regional Head / State Head for Mumbai

Location : Mumbai & Thane

Role : Regional Head

Industry : Banking, Financial Services, Broking

We are looking for an experienced Sales leader to drive regional growth and lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and motivate the entire team of Branch Managers & Relationship Managers
Achieve revenue targets across broking & value-added products
Drive cross-sales, NRI desk, and portfolio management initiatives of the branches
Monitor performance metrics, ensure quality, and handle escalations
Conduct regular training and product updates for the team

What We’re Looking For :

Minimum 15 years of team handling experience in BFSI

Strong knowledge of Equity, Derivatives, Cross-Sales

Proven leadership and strategic sales capabilities

Certifications : NISM VA, VIII, XXIA, IRDA preferred
