Position Overview :

As a growing interior design start-up, We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 2–4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end residential design projects while also playing a key role in client engagement and sales conversions . This role requires a balance of creative design expertise and business acumen, ensuring both exceptional client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

This role will be crucial in driving business growth by delivering exceptional designs, building client relationships, and promoting our design services. As a key role in our start-up team, the opportunity promises immense growth potential and learning opportunities for the right candidate.

About the Job :

Design & Project Execution

• Understand client requirements, lifestyle, and design preferences to deliver tailored residential design solutions.
• Create mood boards, space layouts, 3D visualizations, and detailed drawings for client approvals.
• Take accurate site measurements and translate them into detailed working drawings.
• Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and décor aligned with the design concept.
• Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) , cost estimates , and budgets with precision.
• Stay updated on market trends, material availability, and price fluctuations to provide accurate project costing.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for smooth and timely project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality standards, and resolve on-site challenges.
