We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Associate to join our finance team. We are looking for candidates with 5-7 years of accounting experience who are eager to grow their career in finance. The Accounting Associate will support day-to-day accounting operations, assist with financial reporting, and ensure accurate record-keeping in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Role & Responsibilities

• Generate and send invoices to customers accurately and promptly
• Close payment batches and reconcile transactions
• Manage designated customer accounts and maintain account records
• Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries, payment statuses, and discrepancies
• Collect payments and follow up on overdue accounts
• Identify, investigate, and resolve invoicing and payment issues
• Collaborate with team members to improve invoicing and payment processes
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of transactions and customer interactions
